Man nimmt die Nominalspannung der Zellen. Also 3,7 oder 3,8V. Prinzipiell sollte aber die Angabe in Wh auch auf powerbanks gelistet werden.

Deswegen ist die Angabe in mah auf powerbanks auch hirnrissig. Aber so hat sich das halt eingebürgert
