TSMC expects A14 to enter mass production in 2028 — but without backside power delivery. A version of A14 with backside power delivery is planned for 2029.

Looks like Intel 18A will have one notable advantage over TSMC, of course it’s whole package that counts, not just one (rather novel) feature.

I wonder what the price will be for an A14 wafer verses 2 nm (which seems to be about $22K or so, less than 10 years ago it was a loser to $10K or so).
