I agree this is because of American owners seeking profit, but it seems the same won’t happen to China now that they’re industrialized.

We should start by disconnecting from the fediverse because you obviously can’t trust half of what is being said here.
It’s important to understand that any argument against improving one’s material conditions is going to be rightfully ignored. Better to point out that without removing the yoke of power, any concessions can be easily removed.
