That’s my experience at least, at my previous commands and my current command. It might differ by service and command, of course, but multiple service members I’ve spoken to from other branches seem to agree with me; again, this is all anecdotal, so take my word with a grain of salt.
Oh I fucking hope they try. I wonder how they’re gonna do anything when half their enlisted are on the “domestic terrorist” list? Not just junior enlisted, but NCOs? Officers, too. JOs, upper brass. Who’s gonna maintain the carriers? Navigate the submarines? Maintain the jets? Transport the ammo?
