Pay no attention to the person who stands to benefit from this deal. There’s definitely nothing illegal about it.
So what if the owner of Starlink just happened to spend a quarter of a billion dollars to get the current president elected? That surely has nothing to do with the abysmal Starlink service stealing away funding for critical infrastructure.
I doubt this is news to most folks on the Fediverse, but don’t trust Twitter, Facebook, or any company whose business model is advertising to secure your private conversations.
Even if they aren’t up to no good today, it is only a matter of time until they come for your messages.

That’s the one thing the Democratic Party is consistent on: rejecting progressives, even if it means letting the conservatives win.

Government employees who break the law and behave more like Nazi SS: we need 20k more.
Says everything you need to know about this government.
It’s not even that it wasn’t coupled with a public investment strategy, but it was coupled with trying to get rid of existing investments like the CHIPS act that are desperately needed.
I would say this was sabotage if it didn’t reek of pure incompetence. What else would you expect from a man that bankrupts casinos.
