Bring back jackie or we not talkie!
God I’d love to see people buy Fairphone over big tech brands. Especially elderly folks who don’t need flashy UI and tons of tons of bloat that’s also a spyware. At this point I don’t know who need this anyways 🤷
All and all I like to nerd-out on my friends and family about a phone that’s so easy to repair, made from recycled materials and will last long time. Those surprised faces to the fact such thing exist are priceless.
Hey! That’s my brain!
I mean for something as sustainable as fairphone it doesn’t make sense (at least to me) to release new device every year. I know it’s to keep things fresh and to remind everyone that they exist (and that’s great!) but yearly releases remind me of consumerism like in apple’s way, you know “get a new iphone” way. Good thing FF4 is still a good phone but there will be people who bought FF5 and will buy FF6 because we humans like new things
I expected them to release new phone in 2028 at earliest
Until you (maybe not exactly you), a common folk without engineering school, try to repair it. Sheeeshh
There’s engineering and overengineering
Hey! That’s what’s I’m using!
Can’t remember, like it spawned in the wardrobe years ago probably from older siblings.
I hope they didn’t just forget it in a hotel
Well they were traveling across continents so… Might be ^^’
I won’t be able to access that wedding registry since I’m not from US.
But I love your theory! It seems reasonable and realistic, even though we don’t know know truth (and might never know!)
Woah! That’s a big one! Thank you so much for time spent on searching. I tried looking up one of those dates and loacations but then I had my “aha moment” for today when I remembered that 2009 was quite long ago haha
Exactly! :D
That’s a good question! Yet I don’t have an answer for that
Looks like Sandstorm by Darude
Ah thank you
Damn right
Wish I could afford these…
Oh… I… I got informed.
Idiots in cars, idiots on bikes. Hell yeah I’m pro bikes but setting a wheel on incoming lane? Yeaah… no thanks, I’m fine
