Have you seen the movie? Kind of intense.
Good evening from Adelaide, Australia. It’s about 9:50pm.
maniacalmanicmania@aussie.zoneto World News@lemmy.world•Mass protest in London against genocide in Gaza, war on Iran offered nothing but pressuring StarmerEnglish8·2 days agoThe SEP doesn’t say how it or anyone else should go about building a ‘socialist anti-war movement’ though. I can only conclude they mean that everyone should join the SEP. This goes a long way to absolving the SEP of also failing to have stopped the ongoing genocide of Palestinians and Israel’s war on neighbouring countries.
Is the SEP involved in any of the anti-war coalitions in the UK? If so are they just as relentlessly cynical and negative when working with other independent activists and organisations in person? Or do they just snipe from the sidelines without getting involved?
By ‘city street map’ do you mean something that folds out into a single sheet of paper or something more detailed?
We used to do pretty alright in Australia with these thick road map books you could pick up from any petrol station or newsagency shop. Imagine you had google maps in book form where each page was a section of a bigger map (basically a whole city) with a grid reference system, adjoining page references on each side and a vast index.

With ChatGPT and a CH341A flash programmer at hand, the intrepid modder went through the following process:
- The CH341A was used to dump the Panasonic’s BIOS.
- The dumped bios was uploaded to ChatGPT with instructions to completely disable SecureBoot and its proprietary keys.
- The GPT-modified BIOS was flashed back to the device.
- Fingers were crossed… and it worked!
- OS wrangling ensues, various compatibility wrinkles are being ironed out.
It used to be that someone hacked a device and wrote about everything they read and debugged and passed on that knowledge. Not anymore, just feed instructions to a machine and blindly trust it doesn’t spit out something that will kill you.

Why would there need to be? It doesn’t sound like there was any studio interference or that the film makers were unhappy with the final cut.
I didn’t know about this:
