My orange cats favorite place (mainly for playing, not much for sleeping) is a pet backpack. We sometimes take him out with it, or to the vet. He never minds.
Your username made me laugh more than the picture :)
I just got a seizure reading this.
Oh boy. I’m sorry for my ignorance. Haven’t touched Windows since win 7 came out and did not expect it do go down that much, that sounds like win95 self install.
But still, I guess it is easier more the majority, since you “just” need to follow the instructions on the screen and not think it look into alternatives, which you need to get on a viable device etc. I guess here “easier” means something else than “less complicated”. Only solution I could imagine would be if PCs would be shipped with something like a sophisticated version of netboot, or of course you can choose the os when ordering, but that only viable on smaller scale. But even than… People would not go through the list and just go with what they know. Didn’t mean to post such a wall of text… just random thoughts coming in
That is the problem which containers initially were to tackle. Before I always ran into the issue that two programs need two different versions of a library.
As a child? In my perception the movie just came out… wait… Breaks down for being old
People usually use Windows because it comes pre installed. I doubt arch install is easier than that ;)

Anyway, I would love to read those safety reports. Not only is sitting better on impact, but also cramping more people in the same machine, means more people (which trend to not comprehend the idea of leaving their luggage behind) share the exit routes.
Me neither, just lacking a better word.
Which is… 6 more than zero, right?

So it doesn’t count anything automatically, it just gives you a simple interface to keep track of stuff.
Yes, but the guys who made the guide (I mean the developers who assigned each audio track a flag, not the ones recording the audio) might not. I guess that might not even been developed in France and nobody cared enough to fix the bug.
That’s not how average works
justme@lemmy.dbzer0.comto Lemmy Shitpost@lemmy.world•I'm getting cancelled soon, aren't I2·23 days agoThanks for the clarification. I’m aware of the general story behind this, just the exact word was new to me because the corresponding word from my language would more translate to “reservoir”. So I guess the phrase “did you reserve a table?” Would not cause any harm?
When you can’t see over the middle circle, I’m also approaching roundabouts very slowly because some morons tend to play Tokyo drift. And blinking is anyway not a thing here :(
justme@lemmy.dbzer0.comto Lemmy Shitpost@lemmy.world•I'm getting cancelled soon, aren't I5·23 days agoI’m not a native English speaker, so the double meaning of “reservation” here is now to me. Now I’m wondering why they can’t simply ask whether you “reserved a table”?
