Not trying to defend the cybertruck here, but just wanted to point out that quite a lot of exterior parts are generally held on by glue, across the whole industry. Windshields, for one.

Do a good wash, and wax. Wax is a protective coating- do this every few months and it makes cleaning quick and easy, as well as protecting the paint. Every time you do it it’s like putting money in the bank, a car with good paint looks like a nice car, and people pay more money for a nice car.

Buy a little bottle of rain-x. Read the instructions. Do them twice for the first go. It makes an insane difference for your vision when driving in the rain, and driving in the rain is when you really need to see.

Learn how to change a tyre before you need to do it. Figure out how the jack works, and where you need to put it under the car so you don’t damage anything.

Don’t trust your drunk self. The cost of a taxi home and back to your car the next day is way, way less than the cost of having to live with the fact that you are responsible for the death of someone’s child. Don’t give a shit if you feel fine. Give your keys to the barman if you when think you might try and drive.

I always squeeze some lime and grind black pepper on my watermelon. It’s great!

I can’t imagine this working as well with anything other than poached, but I can confirm it’s a winner like that. It’s a more ‘even’ substitute for salt, I guess?

Check out the local gym anyway- you’d be surprised how many people are there packing a bit of extra weight. There’s also a high likelihood they’ll have some basic gym equipment, so you get a bit of a two-for-one deal in that regard. It’s also way easier to meet and chat with people than your typical gym.

My pet peeve is people cycling with a helmet but not doing it up. It’s so blatantly stupid- you get none of the benefits, and all of the negatives.

My understanding is that cookies were generally just used as a fingerprint- it’s just a unique ID that is used to tie your device to their database, which is where the information is kept.
