Piggybacking onto this one, but with a specific ask: same as OP but:

• limited mobility
• spinal issues, no to low impact on spine
• aimed at reducing belly fat, and
• increasing muscles supporting spine eg core
• upper body strength as a stretch objective.

Seriously? I’ve upped both quality and throughput by specifically hiring Romanian dev teams. They’re (in my limited sample size, admittedly) excellent.

Isn’t this actually true? I remember reading that water circles the drain (and so toilet water will also circle) in the opposite direction from the Northern hemisphere.
