  • yup. I haven’t done it yet, but apparently ceiling fan controllers are a pretty standard thing, so usually all you really have to do is replace the whole controller box (they’re like $30 apiece from what I remember), or replace the controller board itself like you mentioned.

I’ve stopped buying appliances from places like Home Depot for this reason, seems like they simply do not stock items that aren’t their brand-name cloud-hosted services, or larger brands like hue.

  • I’m not accusing anyone of being pro-dems, I’m pointing out that this line of reporting is intentionally misdirecting anger at voters - who can literally only react to the policies and governance of the democrats as they are - instead of the democrats sabotaging themselves for thinking they could have their cake and eat it too.

Thinking that the democrats could participate in a highly-publicized genocide and not lose any voters is folly, but then turning around blaming the voters for the loss of votes is beyond hubris and well into delusion. Anyone with eyes could see this loss coming from a mile away and was screaming at the democrats to change course.

  • This one surprised me, too.

I had a nasty habit of waiting until the evening to do my papers in college, because that was when it was acceptable to have some wine or whiskey while I wrote. But it was amazing just how much easier it was to stay on task after having a drink, and during finals - or after college when i was on deadline - i would alternate between liters of coffee in the morning and several drinks in the evening.

Now that I’m medicated both coffee and alcohol are just occasional indulgences… well, alcohol is at least. But I didn’t expect it to help curb my impulsive consumption habits like it has- it’s been a game-changer.

  • My wife started giving me her electrolyte mix and feeding me sardines everyday and I can’t tell you how much better I feel

It has magnesium in it, but I think it’s the particular form of potassium in it that’s hitting my deficiency. It tastes like potatoes and it’s… I guess it’s not bad. Like drinking starch water.

Shout-out to my wife who i’d probably whither away and die without.

  • I’m tempering my response here considering it looks like this account is singularly focused on zionist agitprop, but this bit here:

And, since the people and the rest of the world are intent on critisizing[sic] only Israel and making no moves towards freeing the Palestinian people from Hamas, they will NOT be free.

sure sounds a lot like you’re attempting to justify genocide because people have rightly criticized Israel for brutality and indifference toward the [non-combatant] people of Gaza.

I can at least feel reassured that none of your fascistic and genocidal comments have gotten much support here. You should redirect your efforts elsewhere.
