Mmm yes, the recipe that got us here was people taking a role in local elections. Riiiiiight.
So your take is getting everyone to be engaged in elections at every level, holding the people who draw the election districts accountable, put judges in seats that believe in the rule of law over a dictator’s power, lead the local boards of education with the purpose of education and not some absurd fear mongering agenda, is a bad thing?
Delusional nihilists are what got us here.
Ignorant fucks who think only vote for president is what got us here.
Selfish single-issue-voters who hyper focus and ignore the greater destruction that brings are what got us here.
And it’s the local smaller elections that form the basis of the “parties” that put those candidates up.
The DNC and RNC, all those people sent from the states to nominate who the Democrat or Republican runner is, they’re all locals.
If people stepped up and replaced those ignorant twats, we’d get something different.
But instead, we whine that it doesn’t matter and don’t do anything and wonder why it doesn’t change.
