Just checked my wife’s laptop. Local account, secure boot off, windows 10. It had a message telling me to setup a microsoft account to ‘finish encrypting the device’. I clicked turn off, and it’s currently decrypting the hard drive. Blech.

Ich hab die Woche Fall of Shadowstone Park auf YouTube gesehen. Die Serie ist von den Machern von Lamas with Hats und Charlie the Unicorn.
Die Serie hat allerdings eine zusammenhängende Geschichte und ist mehr ein Mix aus Humor und Drama. Sie haben es aber geschafft, dass absurd wirkende Kommentare dann auf einmal doch Sinn machen durch eine spätere Erklärung, was das Ganze zu mehr als nur einem weiteren dadaistischen Internethumording macht.

Scheint nicht allgemein zu sein, Berlin zum Beispiel ist erst im August. Ist vermutlich nur in deiner Stadt/Region morgen.
Ich fand den Film gut vor allem in der Darstellung der Banalität/Alltäglichkeit eines Bürgerkrieges und das keiner so recht weiß, was jetzt eigentlich passiert bzw. wer der Feind ist (außer in großen Schlachten zwischen den Hauptkräften). Schwach fand ich ihn in der Hinsicht, dass keine wirkliche politische Stellung bezogen wird. Das schwächt in meinen Augen die Aussagekraft des Filmes. Der Präsident war nur nebulös autokratisch, aber keine Aussage was denn nun zum entstehen der getrennten Staaten von Amerika geführt hat.
Ich habe das Vermächtnis der Tempelritter endlich mal geguckt und es ist ein ganz okayer Film. Unterhaltungskino ist es auf alle Fälle und zum darüber nachdenken ist es nicht gemacht worden. Aber ich musste mehrmals an Stellen fast lachen, was glaube ich von den Machern so nicht beabsichtigt war: nämlich immer wenn sie sich metaphorisch auf deren Unabhängigkeitserklärung einen gewedelt haben. In der derzeitigen politischen Situation der USA ist der Film unfreiwillig komisch.

To be totally honest: I like the current divided setup for the purely selfish reason of the men’s toilet being less occupied than the women’s toilet at most places with a lot of people.
But that would mean that in average it would be a net benefit to use non divided ones, since then the empty stalls would be used.
As you showed with your examples, Yasuke isn’t the problem. For the “Gamers”, Ubisoft and especially that the professor was a woman played a much bigger part. I’m pretty convinced if Joe Rogan made a toxic masculinity-enriched game about Yasuke, they wouldn’t have so much of a problem.
