It’s not only the hyper masculinity narrative, a lot of times it’s just easier to listen to the programs of your friends and family and try to help them that to speak about your own. People have a lot of shit to deal with, why burdone them even more?

Not really a shocker for me tbh, most Americans that I met (and I worked in several US companies so I met some) were insecure loudmouths. Sure some of them were very good at their job but when talking to them they behaved like they invented hot water.

I’m contrast, in my part of the world we have a saying which translated would be “shuts up and does/makes”.

Until now Putin did, Trump on the other hand is just making noise.

Bold of you to believe that Trump knows what the Sahara is.

Or pods in which people can sit or stand. And, I know this sounds crazy, but hear me about. What if these pods could be connected to each other so that more people can be carried… And these inter connected pods would go on special rails, at fixt times… And what if we would make like a network of these rail systems all over the city so that we can transport even more people… And a even more futuristic idea would be to put all of this underground… Transportation of the future!

Surprised it wasn’t in the toilet at Mar-a-Lago.

My theory on Trump is that the guy bullshited everyone all his life and now, although all his words are scrutinized, continues bullshiting out of reflex.

Not strictly a company secret, but I had to sign an NDA for it, because… reasons.

I used to work for a massive conglomerate, these guys are making from components for satellites and tank to rubber gloves for hospitals, and everything in between. My job was to help the company implement regulations, work with auditors and generally follow product specific rules.

So I was on these 2 New Product Development teams and because the products needed some very specific testing equipment, we started working with local authorities and some contractors to build the testing station in the future factory. We drafted plans, prepare documents, we had an auditor come and see the place, the contractor came and checked what he needed to do, everything was going according to plan.

While all of this was happening, I was on a separate project where we were working on closing down the above mentioned factory.
