I want social media social for shits and giggled and entertainment. Work related networking is neither.

It’s like having a beer with coworkers instead of going out with friends. Hard pass.

Boys and girls were broken into their own groups. I assume this was to help avoid being embarrassed about things in front of the opposite sex.

We were told if we made jokes or giggled, we failed for the day and had to sit in the hall. We nervously and embarrassingly giggled a bit the first day but after we got into it things were fine.

The classes were very straight forward. Dry. Matter of fact. Covered everything they needed to cover for basic biology, how sex works, body parts and what they do, etc, but didn’t talk about things like birth control.

Smart people know NOT to make a deal with Trump because he doesn’t respect deals.

Protests will not fix the problem because the people in charge don’t care about the laws. They’re on course to start rounding up people they don’t like and shipping them off to black sites. They’re already talking about arresting democrats.

The USA is currently fucked and unless you can ramp up your actions against the current regime, it’s lost.

We have an unstable ex living below us. If Canada were to be invaded, the US wouldn’t come to our aid. They would drag their feet and demand 75% of our natural resources before considering coming to the table. And since Trump can’t keep a promise or a trade deal, he can not be trusted to flip on a deal any moment. The USA is NOT our friend.

We need nukes.

We need them yesterday.

We need to fortify the southern border.

We need a larger military budget.

Trump is already talking about making Canada part of the USA. We’re living next to a serious threat right now. The USA is a failing country slipping into an authoritative regime. We need to deal with it RIGHT NOW.

They avoid the bits about god allowing owning slaves, god telling his people to kill everyone in the area but keep the virgin young girls as rape slaves, and all the other juicy bits in the bible.

It’s a horrible book and the god character is a monster.
