No matter how many drives I add to my NAS, there is always another “you” out there showing me it could be worse.
Cheers!

RT is fine, but I turn off DLSS.
I prefer 3440x1440 over 4K so my GPU is a bit happier. I also «only» have 165 Hz, which is enough for me. Won’t replace the 3080 untill it strugles with this setup
Honestly: no.
There are only so many things I can focus on at once and I’m quite good at not letting the others affect me.
Work, kids and friends take most of my time. My «crisis» of choice to stay updated on is Ukraine. Everything else I read on now and then, when I feel like it.
I quite enjoy just touching grass and being in the moment instead of stressing about things I have no control over.
It’s mostly a design choice that happens to reduce drag to improve efficiency.
And possibly another part that breaks, causing turnover at shops down the line…?
Both our EV’s have normal handles, which was actually important for us living somewhere it snows and I want a handle I can pull when shit is frozen stuck.
Norsk og Evotech fan på Lemmy? Det kan umulig være flere enn oss to…!
I don’t disagree with you, but there are loads of technical issues for laptops in the range between 100W and 240W where it just isn’t feasible to do it this way.
240W is 48V and creates massive amounts of heat, which is difficult to deal with in a small laptop.
You also run into problems with cable length if you want to connect to a dock and have that power with high bandwidth data transfer. Longer cables makes the bandwidth fall of a cliff, and the ones that follow the specs are insanely expensive.
So I’d say yeah, it would be nice, but we’re not there with the tech yet for more power hungry laptops, sadly.
Yeah!
I’ve had “V blbym veku” from Xindl X in a playlist for 10 years.
I don’t understand a single work, but it just speaks to me for some weird reason.
I did not expect to find a Kvelertak fan in this thread! Cool!
If you ever decide to learn a little to understand them, know that the dialect in Stavanger is very different to what you normally learn.
Hehe yeah I feel you mate.
I ride motorcycles and struggle getting used to scooters. The almost digital feeling throttle control (on/off, speed will come eventually) is not for me.
Enjoy your scooters this summer!
I find it interesting how those of us having learned with manuals just know when to shift after a while, even if the music is blaring.
You sort of just feel it.
You’ll get there soon, OP, just keep practicing!
IIRC it was a minority, but the critique was gender stereotypes and misogyny.
They are entitled to their opinions, and I’m glad I read it after playing the game so it did not affect my experience.
Cheers mate, appreciate the advice!
Yeah.
If it’s just a few clips and <50g of filament, I wouldn’t even charge for it to help someone out.
Pay postage and we’re good.
I remember some people in Reddit not being too happy with It Takes Two.
We loved it and look forward to playing Split Fiction when we find the time.
Hehe yeah, I thought about mentioning it when submitting but figured it wasn’t needed. Rookie mistake
Good for you, friend!
Honestly, for the price and reliability, it’s hard to beat them.
Personally I am unhappy with what they are doing, but acknowledge that buying a “no-fuzz, just works”-printer was the only way I would ever be allowed to have one in the house.
Now that the missus and kids love printing, it’s easier for me to get another that is open source.
If RatRig can get their Vcore 4 sorted, I’d love to grab one and have a project in the future.
Totally agree.
The only rule I have in the kitchen is that there are no rules. Rules on what is allowed to mix in cooking are stupid.
You like pasta with boiled eggs and Nutella? You do you!
Taste is 100% subjective.
I’ve tried it on burger a few times and it just doesn’t fit me well, but on I always use it on pepperoni pizza and in my tacos.
That or mango.
7 years have flown by. Not married but with kids.
This is a thought experiment only, of course.
He would never actually drop his pizza on the floor. That makes no sense.
