      Misread that as 9 out of 10 for a second and was pleasantly surprised. Wondered if they were pandering to the increasingly vocal pro-China sentiment before taking a second look.

        Whoops. So yeah, to expand on it, if you skim the last link I posted, you can see they’re basically one of those USAID orgs (now in trouble because of USAID funding cuts) that helps with US soft power propaganda. So naturally, AES states tend to have a very low score and liberal capitalist governments tend to have a high one.
