Does it mean read but not responded to? Unread is the other interpretation but seems wrong.
Yes, it means they read your message, but didn’t respond. On most chat and text services you can see when someone else reads your message. It’s basically ignoring someone, but a little worse because there’s no question if they received your message yet or not.

Which the Russians have a ton of on Trump. His sexual activities with Epstein, laundering money for Russian oligarchs with his real estate properties, his deliberate bankruptcies in the casinos the Russians financed. Oh, and his last 2 wives being blatant Eastern Bloc informants.
I don’t know why Trump would care about anything like that getting released, though. If something like that was going to bring him down, the ten thousand things we already know about him would have done it.
If we’re not going to just get rid of the guy, there really needs to be much more public emphasis on how weak that man is. Humiliate that fucker.
